As a lead civil forensics investigator in the United States, you have  been asked by your corporate management to undertake a civil case  involving a E.U. citizen who claims to not have signed or accepted a  $5,000,000 loan from a major U.S. Bank. You will need to get access to  email and attachments related to this transaction, via electronic  discovery. 

Use the library, and other credible sources to  research the reporters for the rest article (third) of foreign relations  law of the United States (Restatement). Then, write 3–5-page report  that covers the following:

1. Describe the actions the investigator must take to request the production of this data within the EU.  

2. What factors must the U.S. courts weigh in deciding whether to order this production of data?  

3. What aspects of the §442 of the restatement guidelines should U.S. investigators consider? 

The report should be a minimum of 3–5 pages in length (excluding the  title page) and neatly formatted. Sources should be properly cited in  APA format.
