Future state value stream map

a.      Future State Value Stream Map with reduced operators, but the same overall cycle time- Once you complete the Current State Value Stream Map, you will then start working on combining operations, making it more efficient, and reducing labor content.  The number of Operators and overall Cycle time mirrors the FSCTBC.  WIP will be set at ten (10) pieces between each station, and none after the last stations.  As example, if your FSVSM had nine (9) stations you would have 80 total pieces of WIP.  This will then become your proposed Future State Cycle Time Bar Chart and Value stream map.
