Foster Care System Research

 Submit a draft of Sections I (Community Need), II (Credibility), and III (Applicability), including all critical elements as listed in the Final Project One Document. In this assignment, you will describe the community need in your local community or a community of your choice, and explain why you chose this issue. In addition, you will assess the primary and secondary sources for their credibility and the applicability to your research. This draft should be as detailed as possible to allow the instructor to provide significant feedback.  

This is to be typed 2-3 pages APA format.  I'm just not sure where to start.
