Final Paper: For the final paper, students will build off their Diversity Audit & Needs Assessment (part one and two) as well as build off their Peer Presentation to contextualize the organization of their choice this semester in terms of the political, economical, and social dispensation in which the organization is embedded. Using the themes learned throughout the semester paper will integrate the micro-level work from previous assignments into a macro-perspective unique to that organization's political, economic and social issues. 

Students will respond in a minimum of 10  double spaced pages in APA style; page limitations due not include Abstract or reference pages.   It is expected that students will predominately reference the three textbooks and required reading however other references may be applicable.
