The second aim is to create a conducive environment for the suppliers and employees.

Diversity is achieved through commitment to learning institutions across the country.
Walgreens has donated millions of dollars to schools since the year 2008, (Borja-Hart et al., 2016).
Responsibilities are important and in line with the company belief that have been established overtime.
The fundamental values at Walgreens are fairness, Equality, and respect developed by Charles R. Walgreen Sr.
The values inspire the religious traditions among the company workers.

Retail outlets are very convenient when marketing and distributing products.
Diversity plan comprises of better environmental plans for the future generations.
This is through evaluation and action plan that derive positive impact.
Technology is vital to offer better services to customers.
The employees work as a team while assisting the customers to live well.
All learning institutions have adopted the cultural diversity (Borja-Hart et al., 2016).
