Experience Portfolio

You will create an Experience Portfolio. Each item in your portfolio will be on a separate page and it is best suited to be placed in a single PDF.

1. Does the organization clearly indicate their Mission, Vision, and Values? If not, learn as much as you can about the organization including reading guest feedback before you move on to the next step.
2. Based on your review of the website, what is the resort's Target Market? Using what you learned about Personas in Module 2, create a Persona for one of the target markets. Make sure you keep this Persona in mind while you complete this project.
