Prepare a paper relating to an operations topic that may be of interest.

The paper will include:

• Cover page
• An introduction (identifying the operations question/problem/topic to be addressed)
• A brief literature review; and
• A conclusion (recommendations and managerial implications)
• Reference page 

The paper must be objectively written in the third person; papers that contain "I, we, our..." will not be evaluated. Students will utilize scholarly resources  Students should plan to submit at least 8 pages of APA formatted text.
