The Assignment:

1. Select a company (Embraer), You will use this selected company for the remainder of the course for the upcoming assignments. 

2. Conduct research on the company to support your memo and action plan documents.

Assignment Deliverables:

1. Create a 1 to 2-page memo that provides your supervisor with your framework for implementing three (3) of the seven (7) “Pillars of Digital Leadership” identified in the article that you believe will positively impact the “people” part of the transformation (i.e., convincing mid-level managers to be change champions and convincing employees that this transformation is not like others that have failed in the past).

2. Develop a 1-page action plan to attach to the memo to provide your supervisor with details about how you plan to implement your framework to prepare mid-level managers and employees for the transformation effort. An example action plan template is attached. You may use the template attached or one based on Embraer, its mission, and the transformation effort.
