Topic:   The growing use of artificial intelligence in cybersecurity. I found a recent Reuters article titled “Energy firms face AI-enhanced cyberattacks in connectivity push,” published on September 1, 2026. The article examines how cybercriminals and other threat actors are using AI to identify weaknesses and improve attacks against energy companies and power systems. 

Energy systems are becoming more digital and connected these days. That makes them open to attacks that use artificial intelligence. The Reuters article explains how this technology helps find vulnerabilities faster and automate some parts of an attack. It seems like stronger measures will be important going forward.
