Teamwork Exploration

While the assignment swap is not as much "teamwork" as it is a simple relay, it is important to investigate teamwork theories for the professional workplace. Read about the ideas developed by Bruce Tuckman and Meredith Belbin in the Unit 4 Reading PDF, and then in a paragraph of 80-110 words, explain how your current or former workplace (or that of a family member) could benefit from both of these methods. Think about experienced shortcomings and what facets would be good to implement. Be brief but specific, and use the terminology to help identify the ideas.
