This paper will be a topic that interests you in the Criminal Justice field pertaining to Cybercrimes, many of which are discussed as part of this course. The final research paper is due in Unit 7. Instructions:

• Use the required text as a guide to identify your topic. Choose a topic in the Criminal Justice field relating to the topics covered in the course.

o Topics could include: Cyberbullying, Cyberterrorism, The Fourth Amendment and Electronic Investigations, Online Identity Theft, etc.

o Topic needs to have a nexus to Cybercrimes and/or Electronic Investigations.

• Explain in a paragraph how this topic relates to the course content.

• Explain how the topic a problem in today’s society.

• Describe what has already been done to address/combat the problem raised in your topic.

o Are the existing measures used to combat the issue been successful? Explain why or why not.

o Include your opinion of what should be done differently in the future to combat the issue.

• Minimum 2 pages in length, excluding the Title and Reference page. • APA format, including an in-text citation for referenced works.
