 Write a reflective 4 page paper summarizing the takeaways from the class while emphasizing the role of quality and performance improvement initiatives in healthcare.

Specifically, the student will address the ways in which they can expect to contribute to QI/PI initiatives within the scope of Health Information Management to include several examples of how their contribution, to the processes and overarching systems, will impact the quality and delivery of healthcare.
