Project complexities/constraints:

· The regional soil consists of a blend of deep, well-drained, silty soils and clays. During

footing excavation, the subsurface water level was not reached.

· The owner has set a completion date of December 2023.

· It is critical that the contractor provide a safe environment for all the workers on site. The owner wants to have an elaborated plan on zero accident strategy by the selected general contractor.
