Directions:

The report must be based on information you gather and summarize. Do not cut and paste any information into the report

 

The report must have a Cover page that includes the Title and your name.

 

The report must be at least three full pages using double line spacing, 1 inch margins, Times New Roman font, and 12 pitch font size.

 

The report must address home heating, cooling (air conditioning), and electrical needs including installation costs, monthly bills, maintenance costs, and environmental concerns:

 

Solar panels and battery storage electrical systems.

 

Geothermal and heat pump (air, wells, and pipe systems) installations.

 

Electricity from the grid (normal commercial electricity).

 

Oil and gas furnaces

 

Summary paragraph stating your system preference and why you made your choice

 

List the sources of your information (web sites, books, etc).
