1. Using your own words, thoroughly summarize each of the three Eras of Workplace Diversity: Historical Context, Valuing Diversity, and Diversity Management.
2. Identify one main concept in each Era that was important to you and explain its importance towards the evolution of Diversity in the Workplace.
