Designing a questionnaire that will effectively capture data for a research project is in itself an important and specialized skill. Great care must be given to the wording of questions to avoid misinterpretation that will invalidate the results. Similarly, the responses must yield a type of data appropriate for the planned statistical analysis.

FOR YOUR ASSIGNEMENT; Analyze the questionnaire, noting problems in its design. Rewrite at least three of the questions. Note whether these are open-ended or closed-ended questions.
