Argue in support of exclusionary rule

i have to write 3 short papers in the next week. I am putting the first one out there. If i find a good reader than i will be asking them to write the other 2 essays(which will prob be longer).

For this, I need 500 that shows that our law focuses on innocence before guilt and that was the foundation of our legal system. Therefore, exlclusionary rule should be kept: 

- Innocent until proven guilty: our law is structured in a way where a prosecturo has to prove beyoned a reasonable doubt that the person committed a crime. 

Please note that there are other arguments, but i just want 500 words aruging over how our legal system is always focusing on innocence over guilt. I don't even want you to do an intro on what the exclusionary rule is. I just need you to argue with that one point.
