ADVANCE TECHNICAL WRITING

Please download and peruse the sample set of instructions, “Preparing Your Grace 4/4 Size Cello for First Use.”

Then answer the following questions:

1. Does the writer introduce the instructions adequately?  Does the reader understand, from the instructions, why he or she would want to read these instructions?  Please write 1-2 sentences to answer this question.

2. Comment on the graphics.  Are they clear?  Are they the right size?  Please write 2-3 sentences to support your answer.

3. Examine page 3, Setting up the bridge and strings.    See the "note" at the bottom.  Why is this written as a note rather than as a numbered step?   Please write 1-2 sentences to answer this question.

4. In week 1, you have reviewed the following resources:
