THE DESIGN CONCEPT:

The following materials have been carefully hand selected in order to ensure a clean, modern eb and flow throughout a

residential space, while simultaneously creating the feeling of comfort and warmth that classical interior styling often provides. In an effort to seamlessly meld the two, the combination of an open floor plan along with a restricted color palette will uphold the contemporary elements of the design, while the natural woods and refurbished finishes will provide a desired feeling of familiarity. The union of grandeur furniture and antique accents will drench an otherwise simple, modest space with subtle luxury in such a

way that guarantees it to be as beautiful as it is inviting.

Although proper execution of such a concept will require fastidious overview involving careful attention to detail, the finalized impression of the space will be one of cohesion and tranquility. The entirety of this residence is specially designed to exude ambiance from the structural foundation down to its interior décor. Since functionality is essential wherever maximum ease

of living is concerned, intentional furniture placement alongside a variety of carefully considered practical amenities are to be incorporated nearing project completion. With quality and client in mind from start to finish, the spatial planning of this stunning space will allow for ample “room to breathe”, producing an environment that is a delight to come home to for decades to come.

INTERIOR TEXTILES:

Interior textiles in a multitude of neutral shades with expressive textures will bathe the residence with an intriguing subtlety. The selected bedding by “Magic Linen” is meant to melt right in with the color of the interior walls.

To bring the past in with the present, a vintage 1920s sofa in pristine condition, fitted with beige and gold silk in simple leaf pattern is selected. NATURAL STONES: The company Pacific Shore Stones provides high quality, beautifully finished natural stone selections. For the bathroom countertops, 2 centimeters in quartzite slab ”Bianco Superiore – Premium” will add a polished and clean look, without withdrawing from the natural aesthetic of the home due to its pattern details. In the kitchen, a 2- centimeter quartzite slab selection of “Madreperola – Premium” will elegantly tie in all tonal elements while providing a wear-and-tear resistant workspace. PLUMBING FIXTURES: The bathroom sink and faucet are hand picked from the online shop, Etsy, in an antique bronze that will tie in the handle pulls effortlessly. The chosen shower head from Focal Point Hardware is of a similar nature and style. The skirted toilet is by the well-known company Toto.

In the kitchen area, the drains will mimic those located in the bathrooms for cohesion. The sinks, in coordinating brass materials, will become focal points of the kitchen area, like works of art. One sink with a hose for ease of use, and another bar/ prep area instant-hot sink which will undoubtably be a household favorite.

WINDOW TREATMENTS:

RM COCO carries many high-end fabrics in various colors, textures, and materials. Belmont– Crypton in the color “Feather” is an excellent and realistic choice for floor length window treatments. Easily cleaned, polyester provides a hardy curtain alternative. To encourage an airy atmosphere, these will be paired with sheer linen drapery in equal length, called ”Linen” by the brand Capistrano. The hardware for the curtains, both the rod and the tie backs, will eloquently match the upcoming cabinetry hardware selections which consist of an antique bronze finish. These will add character to the modern space.

The company Heritage Salvage produces fabulous and eco-friendly reclaimed wooden building materials that offer a depth, tonality, and lively dimension that brand new flooring is hardly ever able to deliver. design with the purpose of pulling down the wall colors to tie them

directly into the flooring. This will undoubtably ensure a cohesive space.

Castlewood Cabinets offers hickory custom cabinetry. Hickory is extremely sturdy and comes in a variety of natural wood patterns and colors to choose from. In a full overlay style, the cabinets with remain humble in nature but with a never ending, fluid line that is never broken or fussed via hinges or exposed wooden framing.

For the finishing elements of the cabinetry, handles have been specially hand selected from the online shop, Etsy. The antique bronze accentuations will add a charming touch of character that will subtly break up the sleek, modern atmospheres found in both the kitchen and bathroom.
