A new tech company, HI-TECH, INC., is a U.S. company looking to expand overseas.  HI-TECH specializes in making computer chips for PCs.  All design of the chip will take place in the home office, but the manufacturing of the chip is highly labor-intensive.  HI-TECH is looking to cut costs and recently read out the "Make in India" campaign.  It is considering opening a subsidiary in India which would manufacture the chip.  HI-TECH has come to you for consultation on the issue.  Using the information provided in-class, and any other information you may find, prepare a 1.5 to 2 page double spaced, standard font and margin, report advising Hi-Tech on entry into India.  You may address the issues you find pertinent, such as politics, rules and regulations, culture, infrastructure, etc.  You do not need to cite your work unless you use specific or identical language from an article or website.
