SWOT Analysis

Your boss has been impressed with the knowledge and information you have acquired in your master’s degree studies. She asks you to analyze your organization using SWOT by filling out the SWOT worksheet provided in the course materials (pages 160-161) and then reporting to your group (the class) on the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats of the organization. Also she asks you to report on Strategies that match Strengths with Opportunities; Strategies that match Weaknesses with Threats; Strategies that match Strengths with Threats; and Strategies that match Weaknesses with Opportunities. 

Start each initial post in a separate thread. Each initial discussion question post should be a minimum of 150 words and should include references to the course materials or outside research. This post is due on Wednesday.
