Same day deadline!! Human Relations in Admin. paper

I had an unexpected family emergency and need this assignment completed by tonight, 22:30 pm EST.  I will attached everything needed.  It is for a Personal Development Plan, but need to use elements I had already completed throught the term. The only element I did not complete was a PEST Analysis, which the template will also be attached.
