Continue developing the comprehensive project proposal outline.
 Develop the strategies used to execute the project.
 Include the following:

• Strategies for management of human, physical, and financial resources, including the following:    (update Staffing Management Plan Section of Template) List the Resource roles needed for your
project and whether they are:  
•                         Temporary resources
                          Permanent resources

• Work plan management (deliverables management)  (Update Work Management section of Template)  
• Quality assurance strategies (Update Quality Management Plan section of Template)  
• Communication strategies (Update Communication Management Plan section of Template) 
• Documentation management strategies (Update Work Management section of Template)  
• Change request management strategies (Update Change Management Plan section of Template)  
• Contingency plans (Update Work Management section of Template) 
•  Project Scope Management (Update Scope Management section of the Template) 
•  Cost Management (Update the Cost management section of the Template) 
•  Quality Baseline (Update the Quality Baseline section of the Template)  

Develop the strategies used to monitor the project. Address the following when developing your monitoring strategy: (Update the Project Monitoring Strategies section of the PM Plan Template)  .5 point possible for each of the below categories you must include a sub-category for each of the below 

• Schedule
• Budget
• Critical path
• Resource levels
• Change requests
• Scope creep

Make required updates from previous week:

• Project Approach - .25 point reduction for not stating what phases of project management will be used i.e. Planning, requirements, design, development, training, testing, implementation and closing.
• Week 3 updates - Risk Register - update your Risk registeras not updated and should include a list of all resources that were assigned to your Project Schedule in week 2 and if they are internal or external resources and assigned full or part time to the project - 1 point reduction.
• Budget - missing opening paragraph - .50 point reduction.
• Make the updates above with Week 4 assignment as they will be rechecked. 

Week 3 based on Instructor feedback as the updates will be checked and if not corrected points will be deducted.
