Develop the risk management plan for your project proposal.  (Update Risks Management Plan and Risk Register sections of PM Plan Template). Use Google to search for an actual Risk Register that includes priority, severity, mitigation and if it is an internal or external risk as you are determining all project risks for your proposed project.
