• Based on your new understanding of the hospitality industry, select a specific managerial position in the hospitality industry that interests you, such as food and beverage manager for a restaurant, front desk manager for a large resort, facilities manager for a theme park, and event manager for a sports and entertainment venue.
  
  

• Based on your selected position, create a skills and competency grid. In the creation of your grid you must address the trends in the hospitality Industry such as leadership, technology, and guest service.
