Performance Reporting

Procedure

1. Identify a minimum of three performance reporting requirements for your project (cost, time, quality, and so on).
2. Design a report template for each of the three reporting requirements. In the template, provide the following information:
   • Purpose of the template.
   • Intended audience(s).
   • The topics for describing the performance requirements.
   • Explanations and/or examples of how to complete each topic.
