Select a team member’s work organization and identify a specific change that is ocurring in the selected organization. (TOYOTA will be the organization)( my part will be the yellow one, only 400 words)

Prepare a 1,400- to 2,100-word paper describing the change. Be sure to include in your discussion:

• Continuous and discontinuous change in this scenario. (Attached you will find an introduction of the organization and of the specific change)
• Differentiate between the two types of change agents and how these can be used in this scenario.
