Identify a concept (blood flow/circulation in from the heart) that you felt you needed to better understand. Identify a resource that accomplished the goal of deepening your understanding by doing the following:

Describe your personal understanding prior to using the resource (probably a youtube video which will need to be cited)

And then explaining your understanding after using the resource. 

How was the resource better than per say (the text book)
