(I WOULD ONLY REQUIRE 4 ARTICLES OF SINGAPORE AND THE ANALYSIS OF IT, OUT OF WHICH, 2 MUST BE OF CPF(central provident fund) AND SRS(SUPPLEMENTARY Retirement Scheme) WHILE THE OTHER TWO WILL BE ARTICLES THAT U CAN USE TO RELATE TO THE TOPICS I HAVE ATTACHED BELOW.(LEVERAGED INVESTMENTS AND RISK MANAGEMENT & INSURANCE) I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED RETIREMENT PLANNING AND CPF TOPIC FOR U) THE ARTICLE THAT U CHOOSE SHOULD NOT BE TOO DETAILED SUCH THAT IT WILL MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR U TO ANALYSE.(EXAMPLE, IF THE ARTICLE HAS ALREADY INCLUDE ALL THE INFORMATION IN IT , THERES NOTHING ELSE U CAN SAY) (500-600words for each analysis will be enough)
On a weekly basis throughout the semester you should read the relevant media (i.e.
newspapers, magazines, government publications). You are required to select a range
of contemporary financial planning articles of singapore relevant to the course content. You are
required to collect 10 articles. Eight articles should relate directly to the topics covered
in the course, no more than 2 articles on any one topic. The remaining 2 articles can
also relate to the course topics or relate to broader government policy or legislation
relevant to the financial planning industry either in Singapore or internationally.
 
You are required to provide an analysis of each article, referring to your course notes,
lecture materials, textbook and course readings. You should state the key messages in
each article, describe how it relates to your study of financial planning and how it has
assisted your knowledge of financial planning.
 
Only current articles may be submitted. You are required to cut out the original articles
and their sources must be clearly evident. You will be assessed on the relevance of the
articles and your own analytical review. Articles which are related to topics you are
studying will add value to your understanding of the course.
