Final paper

I need to finish up a final paper on the EPA use to establish the TCLP as the test for toxicity characteristics.  First page is done (attached).. need to get body and finalize.  If you want to take up the challenge let me know.  I need to make sure you are seriouse and not just a flake trying to make a buck.  This is my final.
