leadership
malwanClass,
When leadership studies began to take shape, there were two major leadership styles that were the main focus: Transactional and Transformational leadership (Northouse, 2013). As leadership studies began to develop, other leadership models began to be examined (Northouse, 2013; Pierce & Newstrom, 2008). To this day, Transactional and Transformational leadership remains a prominent paradigm in today’s modern organizations and for good reason. Based on what we have learned this week, would you consider yourself a transactional or a transformational leader? Perhaps both? How do you know?
