EA/EIS Recommendations

The EA/EIS process is one of length and detail. After learning the components of the entire process, the role of public participation, and examining an actual completed EIS, provide your overall impressions of the process. Additionally, in your discussion, describe at least two major changes that could be made to the process that would greatly improve the EA/EIS process. Be specific in your recommendations and explain why these changes should be made.
