here is the question for chapter 7
We have see the definition of Human Resource Development multiple times in previous chapters. The key result of the HRD process is "improving performance". After reading about the theoretical assumptions of the paradigms of Learning and Performance in Chapter 7, how do you see these two paradigms uniting to "improve performance" within an organization?
and this the question for chapter 8
The Performance Models in Chapter 8 all have some sort of a financial attachment.
As we discussed in a previous chapter, Learning and Performance cannot survive without each other.
What do you think we as HRD professionals can do to show the economic benefit of HRD programs so they are viewed as a worthwhile Return on Investment (ROI)?
