1 Title Page (This is not made up of QR codes) | Includes all 4 of the following headings: Lesson Title, Author, Grade Level, CCSS (indicator & descriptor) |
2 Special Page(s) | Includes all of the following: Direction Page Answer Key Credits Page |
3 QR Codes | Includes 10 or more QR codes. (Can be on individual pages or ‘cards’.) |
4 Technical Aspects #1 | Includes at least 1 of each of the different types of links: video website music text |
5 Technical Aspects #2 | All 10 of the codes and/or links work. |
6 Appearance & Layout | Activity is creative and visually appealing. It is ready for use with students. |
7 Interest | The learner has made an exceptional attempt to make the content of this activity interesting and grade appropriate to the people for whom it is intended. |
9 Written Reflection | One complete page reflection on the process of building your QR Code Project and how you can use in your future classroom. |
