Sceranio - You work at a hospital on a very challenging floor.  You and a co-worker(s) are in the cafeteria discussing a difficult patient on your floor.  What you don't realize till later is a family member of the patient in the next room to this patient is sitting at the table next to you

Be sure to capture all the important items in the sceranio (regulatory, inappropriate behavior, etc.). 

It should be no longer than 5 minutes in length. Be creative!
