On occasion, best practices are extracted from multiple pre-existing sources (not without original designer authorization) and coalesce into updated or new sets of programming techniques. Agile development is a philosophy and set of guidelines for developing software in an unknown, rapidly changing environment. It provides an overarching philosophy for specific development approaches, e.g., unified process (a process, unlike the traditional SDLC, that employs an incremental development practice that is quite useful when adaptive approaches are required). Complete the following assignment:
