Behavioral Essay

Write an essay of 500-750 words on behavior modification in which you address the following behavioral issues:

1. State the behavior you wish to change and the importance of changing this behavior.
2. State triggers of the behavior.
3. Identify reinforcements that can be used to change the behavior.
4. Describe the schedule of reinforcement that will be used to change the behavior.
5. Identify a time frame (ex. How long will it take to reasonably replace this behavior with a more desirable one?).
6. Will punishment be used (initially) to change the behavior? If so, list the factors that are most effective when using punishment to change behaviors. If not, discuss why punishment will not be used.
