Prisoners in state and federal institutions have asked the courts for help in cases involving medical treatment - both for treatment and received and treatment inmates failed to receive.  Think about the mentally ill - are they receiving proper care?  In 400-600 wordsexplain wWhat risks do they pose to staff and other inmates in the prison facility?  Respond to two other students post in at least 100 words each.
