BA Paper

the attachments below are the instructions and the work I have done so far, you may use it to complete the rest. the interviewee are supposed to be 3, but I have 2 only. you may need to make up the third character to make it easier to include the answers and terms u need to have in the paper.. also, the information shouldnt all be positive, so the problem/ issue can be clear. so the thrid character info may help to make the problem in the orgnixation discoverable..
