Autobiographical Essay

Please write a polished 3-page, 750 word introduction to your portfolio web site that introduces a visitor to your site and to the IAS program. You should convey a sense of who you are (where you’ve come from personally and educationally) and what your goals and aspirations are as an IAS student. Above all, explicitly and carefully draw on the four Learning Objectives of the program to explain to a potential reader what the interdisciplinary program you have enrolled in is about, how you plan to be successful in it, and how this will further your personal and professional goals.

I encourage you to incorporate ideas from this course’s topic on individualization to help explain what you are doing. Think of your audience as possibly family and friends, but also as future potential employers, or graduate school application readers.
