Assignment for Communication Business Correspondence Portfolio

I have an assignment to do for communication business in creating correspondence portfolio as follow:

1) Need to create a voicemail message to send to all guests related only on the scenario # 1  that is on the assignment. Not be accepted others scenarios. Need to do Introduction, content and Closing.

2) Need to writte a routine MEMO to all employees, announcing the award winners in relating ony on scenario # 2.
