10-day deadline given for a paper, even paid extra because he said he was an expert and I told him I really needed a good grade on this paper to pass the class. Promised it would be done the day after the deadline. No response on the second day and now the 3rd day still no paper.

didn't meet deadline which resulted in grade deduction, also plag score was high. I asked at least to fix work with original content, but he never did. Wasted money and time, got a bad grade.
