Great work! Nice PowerPoint, and survey as stated prior. I appreciate the hard work you put into this, Taylor. I'm giving this answer 4 out of 5 stars due to a part of the assignment not included. I'd like to also point out that Taylor did something that another tutor failed to do. Taylor is the second tutor I've asked to help me out with this particular assignment.

- Contracts: Completed
Really well written paper here. No regret. First part includes several scenarios of which you are to determine if the court can grant specific performance as a remedy for a breach of contract. Second part includes generalization on whether a court will or will not enforce the shrink-wrap agreement, and when will the court enforce the arbitration agreement. Finally, the analyzation of the DeFontes vs. Dell case was to be conducted. Superb job as always, Taylor! Thank you very much!!

Taylor-Scholar discussed the various types of contracts that must be in writing, and also pointed out what must be in writing on those same contracts in order to satisfy the requirements of Statute of Frauds. Furthermore, in assignment #2 Taylor discussed the elements of impossibility of performance and the three situations where this defense can be used. Following, this paper covered the commercial impracticability and it's application to the Millie vs. Frank case. Taylor-Scholar did a superb job writing
