I would like to request a full refund of $20 as this tutor completed the work 11 hours past the deadline. Secondly, the work was merely sloppy. Most of the work was copied from the sample that i had provided. I can't justify paying $20 for a copy and paste work. What the tutor did at most was just amending a few points. I had send messages trying to ask him about it and he did not respond.
