Almost the worst transaction I've ever had on here. Tutor provided answers for case study without ever logging in to actually read the case study. When obvious mistakes were found the tutor waited 5 days before attempting to fix the answers, telling me multiple times they were "logging in right now". To make matters worse, their solution to this situation was to suggest that I log in and find the answers myself and then give that information to them, only to have it sent back to me in a word doc!?

The answers were good, however in the answer it stated "as demonstrated" the professor and other students wanted to see the demonstration which was never provided. I got a grade of sixty because of this. I never got the demonstration part of the answer. It made me look as if I was cheating and now my professor is watching me. You live you learn! Thanks for the 60%
