I asked for 4 Power Point slides on United Airlines with in Competitive Strategies guidelines. What I got was a paper broken down onto 4 slides. These were a slide presentation with "Speaker Notes" NOT a paper on slides. Wrong content, was way off base. Now I have to redo everything and I wasted money and time. Try not to over thin the project this person needs to use the KISS, method
