This has to be the worse assignment returned to me. I had a 3 hour window to get a 4 page paper written. Before the handshake I triple checked that this person would be able to do the assignment as instructed and they said yes. I provided a pdf file that needed a technical review and I latterly received the same pdf file in word form word for word after paying $200. I couldn't submit it and therefor I'll have to take a failing grade on this assignment. One person turned me down on this assignment beca
