If there were a way to give this person 0 Stars i would...how are you gonna get mad at me because the directions weren't followed and I asked for a refund. This assignment clearly says WRITE A MEMO, not give me the answers that I need to write the memo. DO NOT TRUST THIS PERSON, got pissy at me because I asked for a refund. Horrible, I didn't even feel comfortable turning it in because there were no references for the damn assignment.
