The tutor did not follow the instructions and answer ALL portions of the question. Prior to the handshake, I asked multiple times if the assignment was understood and if they would be able to complete the whole thing. I was assured it would be completed, accurate and on time. It was on time, but not completed or accurate. I will not use this tutor again.
