1. He did not answer all of the parts for each question. When I resubmitted the questions again, he resent the same answer sheet with the same parts not answered. I requested partial refund because he did not complete the full work.
The student provided incomplete questions (example of question 5) and resent the same incomplete material for the questions even after disclosing the facts. I wonder how I could have tackled the incomplete questions - 13 Problems
